How to Give Yourself a Facial within Your Own Home?

Get the following materials:

Crock pot, lavender essential oil (these two are optional) Eye cream, finishing treatment cream, mask to deal with the immediate condition of your skin, viscous facial serum, facial oil or concentrate, non-alcoholic toner, enzyme peel, cleanser, facial products, clean hands, Fine mist spray can and a solution of toner (1 teaspoon) to purified water (1 ounce), magnifying mirror, thin cotton pads, 3 hand towels, and hot water.

A. Use 2 or 3 fingers to make a spherical movement approximately an inch or 2

B. Apart from your eye region, which must always be treated with care, do not hesitate to apply pressure. This is extremely important over pronounced forehead wrinkles. When dealing with these areas, make use of cross fiber friction and make sure you go against the wrinkle’s direction. 

How to achieve excellent skin?

A. Get the hand towels ready by wetting properly using hot water and inserting in a covered receptacle or crock pot. The towels should not be heated with a microwave because there will be temperature variations at different parts of the towel.

B. Cleanse your eye region, upper chest (décolleté) and face properly using small spherical motions over the whole region. This should last for a complete minute.

C. Get your cotton pad and apply complete strength toning lotion to it. After that, use it to wipe your upper chest and face.

D. Apply enzyme peel- Get a hot towel and apply it to your face but you should be in a relaxed supine position before doing this. The towel should be heated evenly and the temperature should not be too hot.

G. If black heads are on your face, you need to try extracting them now. Clean your index fingers and wrap them within thin cotton pads that have been moistened with toner. Get the magnifying mirror and as you look into it, place your fingers around the blackhead and squeeze gently. Before you start extracting, be sure to cover your fingers. Your bare hands or fingernails should not be used. You should also not tissues.

H. Once you are through with extracting, use the fine mist container to flush your skin. Go to a sink; shut your eyes then spray all the contents of the bottle over your face. If you did not do extraction, this step should still be performed because this will help to get rid of impurities from your skin and it will make you feel really good. As soon as you have utilized all the contents of the fine mist container, pat your skin gently using a cotton pad so as to get rid of excess liquid. Rub down the remainder of the moisture gently into your skin with small spherical motions till all the moisture is gone.
